Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Full payment required before order processing

🚚 Delivery Terms

Delivery times are estimates. dreamylayers is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

  • Recipient must be available during delivery window
  • Valid contact information required
  • Contactless delivery available upon request
  • Incorrect addresses may incur additional fees
  • Peak periods may experience extended wait times

🔄 Cancellations

Full refund if cancelled within 2 hours of order

No refund once crafting begins
